How I Write My BlogPosts!!

GREETINGS PEEPS!

How’s it going? Hope you’re all doing great!! So today I’m not going to talk about my life and my opinion on stuff, today I’m going to talk about blogging things. And dat thang is…. yes, yes….

Writing blogposts.

So I’m going to talk how I write the blogposts on my blog. I’m quite nervous cause my process is nothing out of this world but here we go:

YOU MUST KNOW: This is the general way in which I write my blogposts, I not always follow it, I find inspiration in many different ways and I make images in many different ways, so it’s not always like this. And JUST cause I share how I write my blogposts doesn’t mean I think my process or blogposts are better than the rest’s.

Unicorns! 🦄

How I Write my BlogPosts:

I – GETTING AN IDEA

Ok so maybe I’ve said this in other posts before, but I basically don’t have any like inspiration “routine” or anything like that. *I think I just invented the term ‘inspiration routine’* 😂 I basically get my inspiration from anything: school, going our with my friends, social media or chat groups, blogging itself, photography, celebs, youtube, experiences…

II – MAKE THE IMAGE

As some of you may know, I make my images with Canva. It’s the most amazing thing ever and the easiest thing to use! Anyone can use it and create amazing images there!!

So my style of making the images depends on my mood that day. I know it sounds really stupid, but it’s true. Some days my images are simpler, some days more colorful… Yeah! 😊 But I just try to make my images as color varied as possible, I love colors!! 🌈🎉

This is a view of some of my images next to each other:

III – WRITE THE BLOGPOST

Well, I don’t really know what to explain here so I’m just gonna tell you how I structure the content.

  • Step 1: Featured Image.
  • Step 2: Intro in bold
  • Step 3: Disclaimer (in some posts)
  • Step 4: Post secondary title (sometimes) and put it in a different color
  • Step 5: Make a list to organize concepts (whatever it is I’m talking about, but I don’t do it when I’m writing a storytime post)
  • Step 6: Add GIFs  and emojis here and there (in some posts)
  • Step 7: Share your thoughts with me! (I ask questions)
  • Step 8: Outro in bold
  • Step 9: I share links of my last post, about me page and a random post that has to do with the post we’re talking about.

Wow there’s more to the structure than I imagined 😜

IV – SCHEDULE/PUBLISH

And last but not least, I figure out whether I should publish the post in the moment (which I haven’t done is several months cause now I’m scheduling posts) or if I should schedule it for another day or few hours later.

That’s a wrap on my writing process. It’s not very complex but it’s really fun!! I actually thought of making this post many times but I wasn’t really sure, but the wonderful TheWildMan @ TheWild’sLife recommended me to do it!! Thank you so so much!! It means a lot!

Psssst… everyone go follow hid blawg!! 😊

As you could read in his comment, he told me I was nominated for the Teen Blogger Awards on Twitter (@TBAawards if you wanna check it out) which happened in August and I just noticed last Saturday. 😅 Thanks for the nomination!! And congrats to the winners!!!! 🦄🦄

Share your thoughts with me!

Do you like my writing process? Is it similar to yours? Is it not? What do you do that I don’t? Was there anything you think I missed? Have you ever made a ‘How I write my blogposts’ post? If yes, share it with me, I’d love to read it!

I hope you liked this post as much as I liked making it, it was so fun! Thanks again to TheWildMan, you rock!!! Thanks so much for reading and I hope you have an amazing day/night!

SEE YA PEEPS!
