I hope you’re having a great day! If you are, what a better way to ruin it than ranting about how much I hate jet lag, yay! Nah, Idk ’bout you but it’s fun to talk about these things!
So let’s do it!
Let’s talk about jet lag:
You’re tired all day long, idk how but you do, even if you slept a lot the night before, some minutes ago… it doesn’t matter, in your brain it is night time, so you have to sleep or else it will collapse or something.
You can’t sleep, you’ve been tired all day, but still you can’t fall asleep. It’s really hard, at first you think you’re gonna fall asleep in 3 seconds, and sometimes you do, though you can wake up at 4 am, 5 am, 6 am… Life is hard like that.
I always end up breakfasting with my mum at 5 or 6 am and then breakfast again with my dad at 10 am, what?
Why is my jet lag and my dad’s different?
It messes up
Idk why but every time I go from Spain to Mexico, it takes me about 2 weeks to get used to the time and stuff. And then when I go from Mexico to Spain, it literally takes me 2 days or something to get used to the time, what?
I know, it’s weird. Maybe because of the place where you are and whether you’re going to the left or the right (the have some hours forward or backwards) your brain adapts differently.
You feel awful
You just feel super weird all the time. You feel tired, whether you sleep or not, you feel just really messed up. Your head can hurt, you constantly have fatigue because of travelling and all… It kinda sucks.
But it’s worth it completely!

Have you ever had jet lag? How long does it take for you to adapt? How long does it take people you know? How do you feel when you have it? Tell meeeeeeee
I hope you liked this post as much as I liked making it! I don’t know why I’ve never talked about jet lag in my life. I hope you have a great day/night and a great week! See ya!
