Welcome to Quarantine Rambles #2!
Because I was thinking about how a lot of people are super upset about having to stay home for a certain amount of days and blah blah… Obvs they know it’s necessary and stuff, but you know, still.
At first I was fine with it, but I was a little worried that I’d be anxious as days went by, I totally thought that at the 5th day I’d be super anxious and wanting to leave the house desperately, but so far this is my 10th day in quarantine and I’m doing good, I don’t feel anxious or anything, which is weird.
I love being home, so usually I’m always home except for when I’m in school or go somewhere with my parents occasionally, you know? So this isn’t too different from my usual routine. Cause even in summer holidays I’m always at home.
You know, when I was a kid I would sometimes have insomnia and I didn’t know why, so my mum told me it was maybe because I needed to exercise a little to get more tired t night and get good sleep. So we would go walking during the afternoon and it worked.
But obvs because we’re all stuck at home, I work out at home. I have a nice lovely exercise bike in the living room and I do cycling for ano hour everyday.
*I don’t mean to brag, but my legs are kind of shaping up hahaw*
So yeah, work out these days as much as you can; it improves your mental health, your overall health and it makes you tired! Literally working out you release stress hormones through sweating.
Also I’m not really that bored, especially cause I have many things I do everyday. I’m not like ALWAYS busy doing something, but I do thangs 😛 I work out, like I said; I paint my nails some days; I study; I do homework; I watch youtube; I post here, obvs… And so on..
I’m not like the most constant with things like studying 😅, not gonna lie, but I actually have studied many days.
So I can say I’m not that bored, really. Just find a schedule of things to do everyday and you won’t be bored at all.
But people are so bored you can tell on social media, cause they post stories everyday *but it’s fine, like I’m guilty of that too, I’ve posted stories many days, not all, surprisingly, btw I’m @itsanaregina in case you wanted to know lol* they aso go live, videocalls, chat A LOT in group chats, which I’m also guilty of, especially in my class’ group chat, for some reason.

I have to admit I’m always on insta too, it’s just the coolest thing. You see everything there.
As an introvert I can say I’m ok with not socializing with people in real life, I mean, I still talk to people online a lot. You know, I’ve noticed I’m an extrovert online but pretty introverted in rea life. Like for instance many blog friends have told me I’m a very bubbly person, and I’m not like that really in real life.
- It’s fun to see how people are really bored, and we can all tell. Not anything to judge, it’s just fun.
- I haven’t been anxious because working out is amazing 🤪
- Even though it’s just my parents and I at home, I still socialize with peeps and don’t feel that isolated.
