Reasons Why I Hate Comparisons

REASONS WHY I HATE (2)

Yo hey!!!

Hi guys, how are ya’ll? (Why am I so colloquial today? Anyway…) Today I was ranting a little bit about things I didn’t like about being compared to other people so I thought…Hey, this is a great idea for a blog post!!! Because obviously none of us likes to be compared to anyone. So today I’m here to tell you the main 5 Reasons Why I Hate Comparisons so let’s do it!!!!!!

WARNING: Don’t get me wrong, I don’t like good comparisons nor bad comparisons, all comparisons are awful in my opinion. Not just bad comparisons, being compared is just something I really can’t stand.

Reasons Why I Hate Comparisons

WHEN TEACHERS COMPARE YOU TO OTHER KIDS:

I hate this specially when the other kid is just a pile of faeces next to you. But Anna, what are you talking about? Let me explain it better: I hate this type of comparison specially when the teacher compares you to someone who has nothing to do next to you. Like you kill it and they kinda suck. And the teacher thinks that the other kid has your skills or even more:

Like man! Your brain – yes, that little thing up there – is having serious issues right now because it’s comparing fragrance Lacoste to fart smell!!!! Just like: 🐊 vs. 💩

WHEN PARENTS COMPARE YOUR MARKS TO OTHER KIDS’:

Honey, I think you can get better marks than that.

But mom, I can’t! Other people even fail!!!

Oh yeah? And why did Mike get an A in the last test?!

ARGH!!!

This is just an example: like I get good marks, but as parents they need to make sure you always put more effort. I think I agree with that, but being compared is still a problem!! Comparisons are comparisons.

WHEN OTHER PARENTS COMPARE THEIR KIDS TO YOU OR VICE VERSA:

I’ve just dealt with the first one, but I know that both are hella annoying. Like you woman want your kid to literally hate the whole school!!! You can’t compare your kid to another kid in front of the other kid, common sense people!!! Like man:

Raising your little nasty well doesn’t mean comparing them to other kids!!! Just raise your kid!!! I mean, Why don’t you compare yourself to Lady Gaga…Huh? Ya nasty! Ok Anna let’s calm down…breathe…

WHEN TEACHERS COMPARE THE BEST EXAM TO THE WORST:

If this never happened to you at middle school, then I’m afraid you’re dead. Thank god none of the exams that my teachers compared were mine!! That would have been so embarrassing!!! Then teachers always wonder why kids fight at beak time.

WHEN TEACHERS PUT A STUDENT AS A ROLE MODEL:

Yeah this one happened to me like basically all my life! I’m surprised how my classmates haven’t bullied me in all these years already.

Ok this is a warning for all teachers: Being shy and not talk in class doesn’t mean I’m the most mature or best raised in the class. Maybe I’m the most obscene, dirty minded, perv… in the class and you don’t even know!!! Think about that.

The End

So these were the 5 Reasons Why I Hate Comparisons and I want you to tell me if you relate to any of these situations or if you have any other. Because possibilities are countless. Everybody who deals with this has their own reasons.

But before I go let me share with you the song recommendation of the month, this song is called Boom by Major Lazer so hope you enjoy and let me know what you think about it:

So hope you guys liked this post and until next one!!!

  1. How did I miss this post haha! Sorry! This is awesome and so true. I hate being compared to others. Why can’t I just be good enough for being myself, an individual?
